Our current CConnect wealth management platform will soon be replaced by a new user-friendly online platform named
Black Diamond
®.
Here’s what you need to know:
You will have access to the Black Diamond online platform beginning in early November.
The Black Diamond platform offers a personalized experience and a more user-friendly look with
intuitive navigation.
Features include:
- Homepage with an at-a-glance view of relevant account information
- A detailed list of your accounts and balance sheet with aggregation capabilities
- Dynamic view of your portfolio
- Financial planning tools
- A space where you can easily track and share important financial and legal
documents
Yes, you will need new credentials to access the Black Diamond site. Your credentials for initial
login will be sent to you in early November when the site is ready.
Yes, you will have access to CConnect for three months after gaining access to Black Diamond. During
those three months, you will be able to retrieve past statements and your account history.
Yes, statements will have a new look after this platform change.
Your last statement from our current system will be processed on October 31. Everyone will receive a
statement regardless of regular frequency. Your next statement after October 31 will have the new
look and resume on your regular frequency, either monthly or quarterly.
Estatements are available and viewable within the new platform. You can opt out of paper statements
by contacting your Administrative Officer.
Yes, your checks will have a new look after the upgrade and will come from a different issuer.
