Bank Promotes Pancoe to Senior Vice President

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (March 10, 2020) — Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Brooke Pancoe to Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources for the Arrow Family of Companies.

Ms. Pancoe joined Glens Falls National Bank in 2018 as Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition and retention, payroll and benefits, compensation, employee relations, performance management and employee training and development. She performs the same duties for Saratoga National Bank and Upstate Agency, which are part of the Arrow Family of Companies.

Ms. Pancoe earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Clark University and a master’s in business administration from The University at Albany. Ms. Pancoe earned the Professional Human Resources (PHR) designation, is a member of the Capital Region Human Resources Association, as well as a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She currently serves on the Board of United Methodist Health and Housing for The Wesley Community in Saratoga.
